Transportation Services Policies

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for any booking over $1,000, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before arrival.

Boats and yacht charters must be paid in full at the time of booking.

All transportation services ranging from $90 to $999 must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. The full amount will be charged to the credit card provided.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

No refunds for cancellations or flight changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any flight delays or schedule changes via email or WhatsAppat:

Tour Services Policies
-
Executive Style Transportation requires an advance booking deposit per tour, charged to the credit card upon confirmation.
-
The remaining balance will be charged in full or paid on the first tour date.

Cancellations & Refunds:
-
Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled tour.
-
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 business days of the tour.
-
Group Tours: All sales are final—no refunds.
-
All peak season reservations (January – 3rd week of August) must be prepaid in full and are non-refundable.

Tour Rescheduling:
-
Must be requested at least 36 hours in advance.
-
If rescheduling is requested within 36 hours, the full tour cost must be paid again.

Refund Policy for Cancellations:
-
Tours canceled at least 36 hours before the scheduled date will receive an 85% refund (minus a 5% credit card processing fee).

Cancellations made within 36 hours are non-refundable and any remaining balance will be charged.

If a tour is canceled by Executive Style Transportation due to unsafe weather conditions, it will be rescheduled.

If rescheduling is not possible due to weather, a 100% refund will be issued.
-
No refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of tour packages, or no-shows.

Group Booking (15+ People):

15–30 days before the scheduled date: 100% of the total cost must be prepaid. If canceled within this timeframe, 50% is refundable.

0–14 days before the scheduled date: No refunds will be issued.

Additional Policies

Airport Pick-Up:

Our representative will be waiting for you after you pass customs, holding a sign with your name.

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust our schedule accordingly.

Airport Drop-Off:

Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.

Consider travel time to ensure timely arrival.

Car Seats:

Infant car seats are available upon request and subject to availability.

Flight Departure Confirmation:

Clients are responsible for reconfirming their return flight departure times.

No Refund Policy:

Executive Style Transportation does not authorize refunds for late cancellations, unused services, or no-shows.

Children's Pricing:

Children over 6 years old pay full price.
-
Infants (under 6 years old) are free of charge.
